Shipping Policy
By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree that shipping and delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may be delayed by up to 2–3 additional weeks due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, storms, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, increased holiday volume, customs delays, labor shortages, or other unforeseen logistical issues.
During peak seasons such as major holidays, promotional periods, or periods of extreme weather, shipping carriers often experience significant backlogs and transportation disruptions. As a result, packages may arrive later than originally estimated, and tracking updates may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. These delays are considered normal and do not qualify as shipping failures.
By completing a purchase, you agree that delays of up to 2–3 weeks beyond the estimated delivery timeframe are acceptable and do not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or dispute. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to carrier-related delays once they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect address information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery dates are determined solely by the carrier’s tracking system, not by customer expectations or estimates.
Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders when available; however, tracking updates may lag behind actual package movement, especially during holidays or severe weather events. A lack of tracking updates does not indicate that a package is lost. Customers are required to allow the full extended delivery window before contacting us regarding shipping concerns.
Orders will not be considered lost or eligible for investigation until the full estimated delivery timeframe plus the additional 2–3 week delay window has passed. Any shipping-related inquiries submitted before this period has elapsed may not receive a response.
We reserve the right to reship or replace an order only after a carrier investigation has been completed and confirms the package is lost. Replacement or reshipment decisions are made at our sole discretion.
