Refund Policy

By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. We strongly encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Our goal is to provide high-quality products while maintaining fair, consistent, and abuse-resistant policies that protect both our customers and our business.

Refunds are only eligible after a minimum of 24 hours have passed from the confirmed delivery time of the package, as indicated by the shipping carrier’s tracking information. Any refund request submitted before 24 hours after delivery will be automatically denied and will not be reviewed. This mandatory waiting period is in place to ensure customers have adequate time to receive, open, inspect, and test the product properly. Requests made immediately upon delivery or before the 24-hour window has elapsed will not be considered under any circumstances.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, regardless of the reason. Delivery dates are determined solely by carrier tracking confirmation, not by customer claims or estimates.

To be considered for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning it must be unused, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear, damage, installation, or misuse. The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, and components exactly as received. If any item is missing, damaged, altered, or shows evidence of use, the refund may be partially approved, denied, or converted into store credit at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to request photo or video evidence of the product before approving any return or refund. Failure to provide requested evidence will result in denial of the refund request. Evidence must clearly show the condition of the product and packaging. Blurry, incomplete, or misleading evidence will not be accepted.

Certain items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items, discounted products, gift cards, digital products, and items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, neglect, exposure to heat, water, or other external factors after delivery. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including wrong product selection, wrong quantity, or incorrect shipping address, are not eligible for refunds.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must wait until at least 24 hours after delivery and then contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be honored. All damage or defect claims must include clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. Damage caused after delivery, during use, installation, or handling by the customer will not be considered a valid defect. In cases of confirmed defects, we reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If a refund request is approved, return instructions will be provided via email. Customers must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be refused or discarded. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a payment provider without first contacting us and following this refund policy will result in immediate forfeiture of refund eligibility. In the event of a chargeback, we will submit tracking confirmation, delivery proof, customer communications, and this refund policy as evidence. Abuse of chargebacks or refund requests may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who exhibit abusive behavior, excessive refund requests, fraudulent claims, or violation of our policies. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
